Bart DePalma was born in Endicott, New York and spent most of his childhood moving around the country with his family. He served two tours in the Army, the last as an infantry and intelligence officer, and is a combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Currently, DePalma balances a law practice in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with writing books and articles on the Citizen Pamphleteer blog. He and his wife Brenda live in Woodland Park, Colorado, where you might find them hiking with their dogs.
