In an interview which has the Democrat media in a tizzy, Republican donor Harold Simmons told the Wall Street Journal: “Any of these Republicans would make a better president than that socialist, Obama…Obama is the most dangerous American alive … because he would eliminate free enterprise in this country.” (Original article only to WSJ subscribers)
Why is this news?
According to polls taken by the Democrat polling outfit Democracy Corps (Q. 48) and the Democrat newspaper the New York Times, most Americans saw Barack Obama and his policies as socialist since the beginning of his administration.
The majority of Americans is, of course, correct.
Anyone with half a brain observing Obama policies towards the auto industry, the banks, the health insurance industry and the energy industry can see that Obama does not believe in free markets. As I detail in my book Never Allow A Crisis To Go To Waste, Barack Obama and his policies are in fact well founded in socialist practice and theory.
Whether Barack Obama’s socialism and progressivism makes him the “most dangerous man in the country” depends, I suppose, on whether you believe in socialism or freedom.
